OhioISP Information Session planned for parents and families

DODD has developed the Ohio Individual Service Plan (OhioISP) for Ohioans with developmental disabilities and their case managers to use when planning their services and supports.
OhioISP provides a person-centered plan that will remain consistent across providers, and will also move with them even if the person moves to a different county in Ohio. Learn more about the OhioISP here.
To help parents and families learn more about OhioISP, DODD is hosting a virtual session June 22, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to explain the OhioISP. They will be also be answering participant questions during the session, so all families who are unfamiliar with the OhioISP are encouraged to attend.
A link to join the meeting will be emailed to registered participants one hour before the meeting is scheduled to start.
