Join us in two weeks for an update on state policies affecting people with autism and their families in Ohio. Representatives of Autism Speaks, a state policymaker, and state health leaders will share information about their work and policy priorities. We will reserve time at the end for attendee questions. Topics that will be covered include:
- Policy developments from recent state legislative sessions;
- Our advocacy goals for 2023;
- The new Ohio RISE program and Medicaid coverage for autism services such as ABA therapy;
- Priorities to address services that support people with severe and distressed behaviors;
- And local events & resources.
