June 16-20, 2025 marks National Disability Professionals Week, an annual event recognized by the National Association of Disability Examiners (NADE). This esteemed professional organization represents and supports dedicated individuals working in disability adjudication, including examiners, administrators, physicians, support staff, and many others.

 

This year's NADE theme, "Together We Can," aligns with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD)’s guiding principle of valuing collaboration. It highlights our collective efforts as a team dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities throughout Ohio.

 

During National Disability Professionals Week, we honor the dedication and expertise of these professionals who work tirelessly to provide individuals with disabilities with the support, decisions, and resources they need to progress in their lives.
